Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms govern use of ADORA provided by ADORA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure and are responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts.

2. Your content and your customers

You own the content you create and the data of your customers. You confirm you have the right to publish your content and to message your customers, including any consent required by law and by Meta/WhatsApp policies (opt-in, approved templates, the 24-hour rule).

3. Acceptable use

No spam, unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content; no attempts to break security or limits; no use of the service to violate the terms of connected platforms.

4. AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what is published or sent in your name. Approval mode is available for all automated replies and posts.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew for the chosen period. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Usage limits apply per plan. Third-party charges (for example WhatsApp conversation fees, telephony) are billed by those providers.

6. Third-party platforms

Publishing and messaging depend on platforms such as Meta, Google and others, which may change or limit their services. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
